The Head Knocker TM
We are working closely with Mick Jones to create a signature amplifier head that replicates the tones that Mick achieved on the first two Foreigner albums. This will not be a copied version of Mick's modded amplifier that he used on the recordings. Instead, The Head Knocker amp will provide those tones regardless of the guitar being used to play through it.
Mick is a player that not only exhibits soul in his playing, he exhibits pure tone and has an ear for sweet tones that many of us can only strive to achieve. With a playing history dating back to the 1960's, he has worked with many of the greats which include George Harrison, Jimmy Page, Peter Frampton, Spooky Tooth, Leslie West, Gary Wright, Eric Clapton, Bill Wyman, Billy Joel, Van Halen, and of course, Foreigner.
